Service Description

1 session per week for a month of Gymnastics and fitness. An hour of unique sports, combined with physical strength and flexibility with mental tenacity and courage. It can provide a strong foundation for any other physical activity or sport; Whether it be cheerleading, majorette dance, football, basketball, soccer, yoga, or ballet.
